The capital medical university is located in Beijing, operating since 1960. The university is in collaboration with the National Health Commission, the Ministry of Education, and the Beijing Municipal Government.

The campus consists of a research center, 11 colleges, affiliated health school for Basic Medicine, General school of Medicine, school of medical humanities, the school of Chinese medicine, and numerous training hospitals, all providing training from secondary level up to higher education level.

The university is highly renowned with remarkable reputation known for its country’s first batch of doctoral and masters’ degree recognition. There are total of eight doctoral degree authorization points only for first-level disciplines. Pre-med course completion is must before enrollment in clinical medicine. The clinical medicine is a 6 years program.

Pre-med tuition fee is 12,500 RMB per annum.

Clinical medicine tuition fee is 50,00 RMB per annum.

The students are eligible for scholarships from first year onwards.
